    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, with due respect, I would want to point out that the hon. Assistant Minister is only responding to a document that the House is already seized of. The report in question was tabled before this House on 17th February. It is a document that is already the property of the House. So, there is nothing new about my character. There is nothing new about the allegations. There is nothing new; it is only a report whether good or bad that hon. Members must be informed of. That is the reason why the Statement does not really touch on the Standing Order referred to by the Assistant Minister."
