    "content": "This Report contains the Committee’s proceedings during vetting, following the nomination of Mr. Stephen Kirogo for the position of the Chairperson of the Public Service Commission (PSC) by His Excellency the President. The notification was communicated to the House by the Speaker on Thursday, 5th July 2018, pursuant to Standing Order No. 42 (2) of the National Assembly. The Speaker further informed the House that His Excellency the President sought the approval of the National Assembly on the said nomination before appointment."
