    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker for giving me this opportunity. Initially, I had intended to oppose this proposal given that there is age limit and we have youth who are struggling to get jobs. We need to open up spaces for them. There is also the need for regional balancing. But in the spirit of handshake, I will support this and hope that the proposed officer, Mr. Kirogo, will use his expertise and experience to ensure that he comes up with a framework of opening up jobs and giving more consideration to the young graduates who are becoming hopeless by the day after graduating. After their parents have toiled so much to get money to educate them, they have no jobs. Each time that we have small openings, larger considerations are given to influential families.
