Since several of you were here, you know the proposed amendment. Does anybody wish to comment on that proposed amendment that I gave? For the purposes of refreshing the memories of those who may not have heard the proposed amendment, I will give two minutes for Members to comment on the proposed amendment after which, I will put the Question so that debate can continue on the Report, either as amended or without the amendment.
