All that I am saying is that so far, we are only chasing the chicken seller and the poor. I am telling the Government to go for those who are doing tea business and factories. You know if you come from a privileged position, like the sons of former ministers and commissioners of police - this is a son of a former minister - so the moment we talk about big people, they get constipation."
