    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to state as follows: The former US Ambassador Michael Ranneberger presented a criminal complaint of drug trafficking to the then head of Kenya Anti-Corruption Authority (KACA) Prof. P.L.O. Lumumba in late 2010, who in turn forwarded the same to the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security since the issues raised did not fall under its mandate. The report mentioned among others, five sitting Members of Parliament and a Mombasa businessman."
