    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have been concerned for the last 10 minutes after that Petition was read. I am concerned because of the threshold that we have used as the Senate for admitting petitions. We are now dealing with a private transaction. My office has about 1,000 of them. The Senate has admitted one. That precedent is wrong, in my view. If we get into private ownership transactions, we will turn ourselves into a court of law or village elders. This is a matter we should not get ourselves into. The Senate should deal with public matters where we do not have interest or where we are not going to pass judgement on personal matters of people where they have done transactions."
