    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there are avenues that are easily available for people like these ones who have not received transactions at the Kituo cha Sheria. My only concern is that we are already overloaded with work. Why would we load this Senate with private transactions of dear Kenyans when we have lawyers who can do pro bono cases for them including myself without burdening the taxpayers with this petition? I am extremely concerned. I thank you."
