    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am very curious, maybe you can direct us. My good friend, the Chairman, is moving his Motion from this side of the House. We actually do not mind adopting him from this side of the House because he is a good gentleman and a good lawyer. However, is it right, under the Standing Orders and is it plausible that a Member can move a Motion from either side of the House? That is something that is very curious under the Standing Orders, otherwise, then Sen. Orengo should be on whichever side he feels like being, any day of the week."
