    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for also giving me a chance to condole with the families and the people of Kitui County, on behalf of my family and the people of Kajiado for losing their loved ones. I will point out three things in this particular incident. As many of my colleagues have just said, we have lost quite a number of people through road accidents, not only on that particular road, but also on many other major and small roads in our counties. We keep on burying road accident victims every other day in many parts of this country. Mr. Speaker, Sir, we are not lacking policies; we lack implementation and enforcement of these policies. If there are policies which require public vehicles not to transport children and passengers at night, then it should be enforced. Those who fail to abide by this policy should be brought to book. Mr. Speaker, Sir, secondly, there is the issue of lorries and trucks. Whenever we travel to our counties, we try to avoid truck drivers who drive carelessly.
