Following your directions and advice to the House, it becomes very difficult to continue with this debate, because we really do not know the parameters within which we can debate it. We do not know where we can offend the rules of natural justice or where we can hurt somebody’s rights. So, it becomes extremely difficult. So, I think you should put the Question to the House, so that the House can consider whether to terminate this debate or not."
