    "content": "Thank you much, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to add my voice to this Motion. I would like to start by applauding the Committee, led by Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., for the diligent work done and for the dedication they had to accomplish this giant task. Madam Temporary Speaker, this report, in itself, is an initial step taken towards justice for the people and victims of the tragedy. It is unfortunate that I am speaking today on the tragedy that happened in Solai on the same date when the US Embassy bomb blast tragedy happened in this country. It is also the same date when the Twin Towers tragedy happened in the USA. What a coincidence! Madam Temporary Speaker, it is sad to talk about the 48 generations and innocent souls that were lost in this man made tragedy. Since this afternoon began, we have been talking about tragedies that have befallen our people. It is unfortunate that we have systems, departments and organizations in place which do not realize the essence of human lives in this country.
