"content": " What is coming out is that we probably have the title being inappropriate. It is talking of ‘where greater than’. But if you read all that section, it is talking of ‘taking possession of’. So, if the Chair were to say that, that title is inappropriate for that section, it would make sense. Other than that, we will need more explanation. All it is talking about is ‘taking possession of’ all through. I would support it if it were to be as I have said. Unless we are given further information, it will look vague. If the explanation that the title as it is in the law is vague and it is not in line with what you are seeing, you can. If you look at Clause 120(1), after the award has been given, it is about possession. Clause 120(2) is about The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
