    "content": "On the issue of legal education that the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs has spoken about, it is wrong if every Tom, Dick, Jack and Harry can be in a position to offer training that qualifies one to be a practising lawyer. I know you know it because you are a lawyer. I can even see you are laughing. The issue of qualifying and getting a degree is totally different from qualification as a practising lawyer."
