This Bill was tabled in April. It went to all Committees. All Committees presented their reports to the Chair of the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee. The Member for Funyula has had the Bill on the website of Parliament, and in the Table Office, for the last four months. If he did not have time to read it, he cannot cast aspersions on the voluminous nature of the Bill. He is not in order to challenge a process of this House.
