    "content": "I implore on the relevant Government agencies and the Committee of the House to investigate this matter with a view to unearth the cause of the accident and put measures in place to avert a repeat of such unfortunate loss of young lives. Further, I urge both the national Government and the county government to support the bereaved families during the funerals and even in footing hospital expenses. On 9th August, we will have a memorial service at Mwingi Central Constituency. I urge those who can manage to come and help us."
