In early July, there was a communication or a letter – which I can table here also – from the EACC to the Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation dated 2nd July, 2018, officially suspending the payment to farmers. Once again, it was not known to farmers that, actually, an official suspension was initiated by the EACC.
