    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, just as I finish I am happy with the sentiments expressed by hon. Karua that even as we move to shape up the Government, we also need to be careful of the way we do it. In a short while, we, as hon. Members, are all managing the CDF accounts in our constituencies. These accounts are also being audited. When our names are mentioned as having misused the CDF funds, I think we should also take the honourable position and step aside from managing these funds just like we are doing with the Executive. This is a two-way thing and it cannot be one way."
