"content": "Sen. Seneta, welcome. You have been gladly included in this ad hoc Committee. I hope that you will put in the best of your industry to help this Committee make things work. Mr. Speaker, Sir, so that other Members can speak, I urge your office to support this Committee to go to the theatre where things are happening. We want to visit Kisii, Uasin Gishu, Trans Nzoia, Bungoma, Kakamega, Makueni, Machakos and Kitui counties and all areas where maize is grown and see and come face to face with the plight of farmers. That some of the farmers out there, are not committing suicide, we salute them because they suffer immensely."
