Speaker, ridiculous as the Petition may appear or sound, of late we have been receiving quite a number of petitions with similar and interesting suggestions to amend the Constitution. It speaks to one thing: There is something that Kenyans yearn for, and probably they do not know how to go about it. It is my hope that the team that was constituted by the President and my party leader would come up with some suggestions on how to get this country to heal and be together.
