As you read out that petition, I could not fail to notice that a lot of Members were looking at it as if it is a comedy of sorts; a lot of Members were actually laughing. I just thought to myself: This House has so much work; we have such a busy and tight schedule that we need to figure out the threshold that we have to set for petitions to come to the House. It is important that we try and look for ways by which we can block some of these petitions, because you know it is already doomed to fail from the onset. I do not know how you can guide us to do this, but it is important that we do not allow every single individual who comes up with any sort of idea to bring it to the House."
