    "content": "The wording of Article 119 obviously obligates the House to deal with it. It says any Kenyan may petition Parliament to look into any matter that is within its power and authority. It is within the power of the House to propose amendments to the Constitution. Maybe even the wording in Article 119 should be relooked. The next petition is by Hon. Alfred Keter."
