    "content": " Hon. Speaker I support this petition by Hon. Alfred Keter of Nandi Hills. Hon. Speaker, farmers in the North Rift, and particularly in my county of Trans Nzoia, started delivering maize to the NCPB from November last year to January. Those farmers depend on that money for payments. The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) wrote a letter to the NCPB to stop any further payment as the matter was being investigated. We do not know when the investigations will be complete."
