In this regard, the nominee is indeed fully qualified in that he holds a PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies from Masinde Murilo University of Science and Technology, Masters of Business Administration, Strategic Management, from Kenya Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts degree, Second Class Honours, upper division and a certificate in guidance and counselling from the University of Nairobi. He also attended various capacity building courses both locally and abroad."
