    "content": "The Committee, having considered the nominee’s curriculum vitae and his oral submission during the vetting exercise, made the following observations among others: Being a holder of a doctorate degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, Masters in Strategic Management, Bachelor’s degree in Arts, the nominee possessed requisite qualification for the position of Principal Secretary, State Department of Youth Affairs. Having served in public service for over 28 years in various capacities from District Officer III Cadet in 1990 to the current position of Director of National Cohesion and Values, the nominee possesses the requisite work experience and exposure required for the appointment to the position of Principal Secretary."
