I know this is a very contentious issue. While listening to the young people of this country, it will be very unwise for the Youth Enterprise Development Fund or even Uwezo Fund to be merged with any other fund in the name of a bank. We have many institutions even a bank like Development Bank of Kenya, which has a majority shareholding from the Government of Kenya, but it is very inefficient when it comes to supporting the youth of this country."
