    "content": "(h) The Committee never received any contestation from members of the public on the suitability of the nominee for appointment as a PS in this department. (i) Esther Koimett is a household name in this country. But more importantly, maybe people do not know, she is a daughter of a veteran politician, the late Hon. Biwott. The humility she showed before the Committee is beyond imagination. In fact, with that career, we thought this is a CS material, not even a PS. In conclusion, therefore, the Committee recommends that, pursuant to Article 155 of the Constitution and Standing Order 216(5), the National Assembly approves the nomination of Ms. Esther Koimett for appointment by His Excellency the President as PS in the State Department of Transport. With those many remarks, I beg to move and ask Hon. Peris Tobiko to second. I thank you."
