It is my belief that in upholding gender equality, we must not do gender suppression because the effect will come to haunt us even on the very weighty matters that we are going to consider in future of how to engender this House in terms of the constitutional requirements. Therefore, with tremendous respect to the Committee, I submit that they may have not foreseen or sufficiently considered this matter. They are, therefore, inviting the House to breach the Constitution. Hon. Speaker, I invite you to give guidance on this because we are in danger of breaching the Constitution. Thank you."
