    "content": " Hon. Speaker, as you know, it is my duty to point out constitutional matters. I respect the Leader of the Majority Party and Hon. Gladys Wanga who concede the unconstitutionality, but plead that on the basis of expedience, we pass the name. I associate with that, but not with the Leader of the Majority Party who seeks to misinterpret the law. I am willing to concede that, particularly on the basis that this House has been known to commit many more fundamental errors on that score. I concede that we continue with the debate and approve the names."
