    "content": "More importantly, if you look at the list of nine people, there is only one woman and it is Sarah Serem. Because she is a woman like me and I know she has what it takes, I support her to go and do what is best. But, of course, I am sure she has heard the concerns raised by various Members that have spoken before me. In future, she will be in a better position to treat Members of Parliament better; not just by raising a salary because that was not the main thing. It is the statements she made that demeaned us and made us feel insulted. Otherwise, I know she has what it takes to perform her duty and no doubt she meets the qualification. Therefore, I support her."
