    "content": "I would like to say that through this Motion, we are going to produce many sportsmen in the country and eliminate a lot of challenges many young people have been facing especially while travelling from one region to another looking for a facility. We know the challenges that young people are facing especially in this era of unemployment. In the past, we have had a lot of young men going to other countries to look for opportunities to participate in sports or migrating to other areas. The Government has been spending a lot of money renovating stadia, which we all know have not benefited the larger population because their decentralisation has made them not available in various regions."
