    "content": "I support this Motion by our sister Jessica by saying that, in Meru, we have so many demonstrations. It is not because they need roads, water or construction of schools, but because fathers and men have raped so many young girls. We need such a centre. I am very fortunate today that, as the Woman Representative of Meru County, I am in the process of constructing one. I appeal to every Woman Representative of this Parliament to have such centres so that we help our girls and women down in our villages. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
