    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am standing on a point of order. I have been in the education sector for some time. I was also a Member of the Departmental Committee on Education and Research in the 11th Parliament. There is an Act that is contradicted by this Motion. It contradicts an Act of Parliament that was established, which is the Education for Persons with Special Educational Needs Act, 2004. It states that a child with educational needs shall be educated in an inclusive environment. It should have another normal primary school. After assessment, that kid is taken to a special class which is attached to an ordinary school, so that after sometime he is integrated to the normal school.
