    "content": "Departmental Committee on Trade and Industry tabled the Report than the media reports became awash with information that some Members of the Joint Committee had disowned the contents of the Report. While Hon. Members may not have had the intention to besmirch the Committee, the accusatory tone of some comments in the media reports has yielded premature and undesired reactions from the public even before the Report is debated. This was indeed conduct unbecoming of the concerned Hon. Members as it is expected that any concerns relating to contents of a report should be addressed through appropriate parliamentary channels more so, bearing in mind the provisions of Standing Order 85, which prohibit Members from anticipating debate."
