Those of you who have found it difficult to debate and have assumed that when you shout from where you are seated, you are now in the business of resolving issues of concern to Kenyans, obviously, you are in the wrong place. Therefore, I told you we need to, first of all, dispose of the amendments because there is still another amendment proposed by Hon. Osotsi, which I have approved and needs to also be canvassed. We are not going to spend time. You have heard what the proposed amendment is all about.
