    "content": "expected explicit names of those companies, traders, wholesalers and the directors. I know the Chair will talk about annex. On the recommendation, the Committee has said the following: “The importers, wholesalers and millers dealing in contaminated sugar should be investigated by the relevant government agencies with a view to prosecution for violating the provisions of Section 3 of the Food, Drugs and Chemical Substances Act (Cap. 254), Section 131 of the Public Health Act (Cap. 242) and any other relevant law.” There is no mention of the list of those particular traders, wholesalers and importers. If it is there, why have you not mentioned in the Committee recommendation? I have not seen it. If it is somewhere in your archives or annex, how do you expect this House to know? By the way, why did you hide it if it is there? You are hiding it for what? This Committee needs to be serious."
