In relation to your communication, I wonder why you are not considerate to the menfolk because you have made rulings that apply only to the ladies in this House. The men are tired of the jackets and ties. When you put on a tie, sometimes you feel like you are being strangled. Why can we not have rules that take into account the comfort of the men and the African culture so that Sen. Olekina can come in a shuka that reflects his Maasai heritage? Mr. Speaker, Sir, that ruling has left out a very significant population of this House. I beg that you also extend it to the benefit of the menfolk."
