What is substance to me may not be substance to him and vice versa. That is what opinions are all about. We are not here to engage in presenting uniform views, because then, it ceases to be a debating Chamber. I have no difficulty with you liberalising the dressing of our women folk; our distinguished female Senators, but like Sen.
