    "content": "oversight authorities that deal with them are extremely important. I can speak continuously on the matters of energy because it is an important sector in this country. However, to enable us to progress and move to the next stage, I would like to conclude by saying that this Bill is a wonderful improvement from what we used to have before. It is a reflection of our constitutional progress. Therefore, I request hon. Senators to support it, so that we can have a legal framework to manage our energy sector. We will soon come back to the Petroleum Bill, which provides for, in a detailed manner, the management of petroleum extraction and the sharing of revenue, local content issues and other matters of investment in the petroleum sector.
