    "content": "The Senate Majority Leader and the Senate Minority Leader may want to pay attention to this one for it is stated that they may have their time to make various Statements and various presentations to the Floor of the House. Lastly, Standing Order No. 47 handles the Personal Statements that are already part and parcel of this. The Committee makes two specific recommendations. It recommends;- “THAT, the Senate approves the proposed amendments to the Standing Orders of the Senate. THAT, pursuant to the provisions of the Standing Order No.251, the Senate resolves that the proposed amendments to the Standing Orders take effect upon approval of the Senate.” I beg to move and request Sen.
