    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, Sir, I will be very brief. I support the Report of the Procedure and Rules Committee in this Motion. This has been a point of concern to many of us. Madam Temporary Speaker, for those of us who were here in the last Senate, one of the most interesting times of debate where we would have so much interest from Members was during the Statement Hour. Unfortunately, in my opinion - I could be right or wrong - due to weak management of how this is executed, we ran into trouble and we could not conduct any other business.
