    "content": "being proposed by this Committee, if the management is weak, we shall find ourselves at the same place we were before we suspended Statements. Madam Temporary Speaker, it is, therefore, extremely important that: one, at the point of accepting that this is a Statement worth being brought before this august House, there be stringent rules that it must meet a certain threshold and must be a matter that is of extreme national importance. Even if it is a county matter, at least, it should pass to be one that also affects other counties and not that county alone. I propose that the team that is charged with enforcement of these rules that is--- Anyway, I do not want to go there because it is a risky path to speak to the Speaker. The Clerk’s desk may be a softer target. However, they should also ensure they assist the Speaker in observing these rules. Madam Temporary Speaker, with those few remarks, I support."
