    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. The point of order raised by Hon. Kangogo Bowen is not appropriate. He has misunderstood the Petition by Hon. Kiarie. The Petition largely is about harassment and Hon. Kiarie represents his people. Article 95 of the Constitution talks about Members of the National Assembly resolving issues that are of concern to our people. Hon. Kiarie is perfectly in order to represent his people who are being harassed by the county government of Nairobi."
