    "content": " I really want to support the petitioner because it is every parent’s prayer to ensure that we can have books which are affordable. They are very expensive at the moment because everybody tops up with VAT. I remember there are issues even in agriculture. There is an introduction of VAT on some chemicals for the farms. We must consider this thing so that we allow parents who cannot even afford school fees to have their kids access textbooks.
