    "content": "That is valid, Hon. Keter. That is a fairly valid point of order. There are two things to that. One, it would have been a better way for them to come silent without committing it themselves. But, even if they did, the buck stops with the Speaker. A member of public could say that he wants the petition committed to the Departmental Committee on Lands. If it is the wise decision of the Speaker that it should go to a different Committee, that will be ruled in that manner. So, we do not follow what petitioners pray. It should be silent as you have said. Even if it were not to be, that will not affect too much. We expect that would happen. Okay. Next Order."
