    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, the point of order is very interesting. The Motion reads, “The Report of the Committee on Members’ Services and Facilities on a Benchmarking Visit to the Parliament of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.” I do not know what benchmarking would be done apart from benchmarking on services. Hon. Osoro should have known that what is to be reported to us is benchmarking to compare services in the UK and Northern Ireland to those ones in Kenya. So, the Chairman would definitely be speaking about the same things but from different jurisdictions."
