    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, I rise to second the Report. Our visit to the House of Commons gave us great lessons. Looking at the House of Commons, I realised that Kenya still has a top of the range Parliament because Members can sit comfortably and have iPads. Even those who cannot use iPads can admire the quality of the equipment. The House of Commons, more importantly, has a better and efficient security system. The state of the art cameras and the screening system in the UK was something to note. So, I am sure as you will see in the Report, we have indicated the need to have a more robust security system in Parliament.
