"content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am sure following your reaction, you heard the MP for Gem refer to Hon. (Dr.) Pukose as having collected Kshs10,000. Apart from that being insinuating improper motive on another Member, it is a serious matter because at the moment this House is struggling with image issues. This is a matter that we should not joke about. Members have trivialised this matter of bribery too much and it is not a simple matter. It is a matter that can bring this House down. It is a matter that has tainted the image of this House. I think if there is any matter that we should not joke with, it is that of possible referring to this issue of corruption."
