    "content": "Our experience in the UK provided us with an opportunity to look at the state of the art equipment that is going to help us to leverage our competitive advantage as those in charge of Members facilities and welfare. We had an opportunity to see how the catering department is managed. We saw why it was outsourced, especially in Ireland, which is something that the Committee is considering because that is not the core business of the House. Apart from that, I have already mentioned the importance of having a state-of-the-art security system so that the Members of Parliament feel protected in the House. We want a 24-hour CCTV that will ensure that all events of the House are recorded."
