    "content": "Senior officers are very polite in this Parliament. They are very good people to deal with. The higher you go, the politer and nicer the people are. But somehow, if you move in the opposite direction, it is completely different. They need to be treated with extra special care and as said, sometimes you have to enter into some sub-contracts that are really unnecessary. I really hope that we will get a service charter that affects all the people from down going up. It will improve our productivity, I can guarantee that."
